The Motorcyclists Confederation of Canada (MCC) is the national voice of motorcycling in Canada. Their purpose is to create a better riding experience for all Canadians, and to make Canada one of the safest countries in the world to ride a motorcycle.
A Campaign for Change
May is Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month
Each year, MCC takes a leadership role in promoting motorcycle safety. May is “Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month”. Muse developed the 2017 public awareness campaign to reach both motorcyclists and drivers with the primary message, “Motorcycle Safety is Everyone’s Responsibility.” The #MotorcycleSafetyPledge hashtag made it easy for people to share their stories and their support for this important cause.
A logo that resonates
The Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month logo design has been embraced by audiences of all ages. A retro look influenced by motorcycle culture graphics helped to make safety “cool”. We were honoured to see it used by major motorcycle manufacturers like Honda and Ducati. Tracked campaign reach exceeded a potential audience of 91 million worldwide.
Graphics On Demand
Posters, Infographics, Social Media Graphics
Key to the success of the 2017 campaign is the availability of materials to help stakeholders and the public help spread the word. A robust Resources section on the motorcycling.ca website makes it easy to download posters ready for printing, logos, and other useful tools. Infographics demonstrating the economic impact of motorcycling, both nationally and by province or region, support member efforts to advocate on behalf of the motorcycling community.
